Consumer Notification Service
William
Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth and Anthony J. Vigliotti,
Worcester District Register of Deeds announce the implementation of
Consumer Notification Service (CNS) program.
The Consumer Notification Service offers the ability for consumers to
submit their names or business names to be monitored for potential
fraudulent activity by receipt of a notification from the Registry of
Deeds whenever a document containing submitted names is recorded.
