Anthony J. Vigliotti
Anthony J. Vigliotti
is the Worcester District Register of Deeds and Assistant Recorder of
the Land Court. He is a graduate of Worcester Junior College, A.A.
Liberal Arts; Clark University, A.B. Political
Science; Suffolk University Law School,
Juris Doctorate; and Anna
Maria College, Masters Criminal Justice. Prior to
his election as Register of Deeds in 1972, Mr. Vigliotti practiced law
for the firm of Conte and Conte, and later as a Massachusetts Public
Defender. He has served as the president of the Massachusetts Registers
of Deeds Association, the Worcester County Bar Association, and Sons of
Italy Worcester Lodge #168, and was the former Chairman of the Worcester
Democratic City Committee. He serves as the Director of the National
Association Clerks, Recorders and Elected Officials; Director of the
Justinian Law Society; Democratic State Committeeman, Second Worcester
District; State Coordinator of the Property Records Industry
Association; State Coordinator for the National Association of County
Recorders and Clerks; Co-Chairman of the Land Records Commission for the
National Association of County Recorders and Clerks, and
Secretary/Treasurer Worcester County Bar Association. Contact
